The President of the Philippines, Rodrigo Roa Duterte witnessed today a marriage proposal by one Police Officer to his aide-de-camp at Camp Rafael Rodriguez, Butuan City.
Police Senior Inspector Arvin Jumillo asked the President 3 minutes of his time as he was about to pop the question to his girlfriend for over 5 years Police Senior Inspector Romea Alnieza Kinang. The couple was scheduled to tie the knot this month but they had broken up.
Jumillo then approached his girlfriend and gave her bouquet of roses and kneeled and gave her the ring. After the successful proposal, Jumillo kissed his future wife to the cheeks.
